CPT Jack has designed effective, enjoyable, results-oriented total fitness programs
for executives, students, active and veteran military and law enforcement
professionals, associations, homemakers, and experienced fitness enthusiasts

Personal Training Programs

Traditional weight training techniques delivered with focus on muscular
strength/endurance and cardiovascular endurance.  Includes body
composition testing and nutrition education.  Recommended for
anyone looking to get into shape or improve their current routine.
Available in multiple-session packages or on a single-session basis.
Commit with a buddy or two to take advantage of mutual support,
commitment, and additional motivation and accountability at a
significantly reduced rate.  Available in multiple-session packages or
on a single-session basis.

Group Training Programs
“CPT Jack’s Boot Camp”                                         
Commit to a three or six week (8 or 18 sessions) military-inspired group
exercise program of calisthenics, flexibility, and cardiovascular
exercise.  Intensity is determined by collective results.  A U.S. Army-
inspired physical endurance test is administered to document
progress.  Appropriate for ALL fitness levels!
Boot Camp Schedule

"CPT Jack's Six-Pack Attack"
For those that seek those sexy abs, commit to an intense four-week
core workout designed to target the muscles of the mid-section.  This
half-hour class meets twice per week and promises to challenge the
abdominals, obliques, and lower back!

Weight Management Programs
Body Sculpting Plan                                                
A plan involving Comprehensive Nutritional Guidance, resistance
training, and aerobic tasks with a specific goal in mind: shedding
unwanted fat and toning the body for that fit physique you thought was
unattainable.  Available in 12, 16, 20, and 24 week packages.

Body MASSterpiece Plan                                                
A solution for those who want to increase lean body mass.  You'll be
guided through the proper, healthy, way to increase muscle mass and
become stronger.  Includes Comprehensive Nutritional Guidance,
resistance training, and aerobic tasks, available in 12, 16, 20, and 24

“CPT Jack’s Serious Fat Burner Plan”

Managed Fitness Programs
“CPT Jack’s Fitness Roadmap”                                                
Intended primarily for self-training with guidance, the "Roadmap"
includes introductory training sessions and a managed exercise plan
designed by us, executed by you.  Includes a baseline fitness analysis
with body composition testing.  Recommended for couples/buddy
training with some experience with weight training.

Body Empowerment Plan                                                
Includes Comprehensive Nutritional Guidance coupled with all aspects
of the “Fitness Roadmap” intended for self-training.  Recommended for
relatively motivated individuals that need that extra push just to get
started or break a training plateau.  Introductory personal training
sessions are included.
