Personal Training Programs
Traditional weight training techniques delivered with focus on muscular strength/endurance and cardiovascular endurance. Includes body composition testing and nutrition education. Recommended for anyone looking to get into shape or improve their current routine. Available in multiple-session packages or on a single-session basis. Commit with a buddy or two to take advantage of mutual support, commitment, and additional motivation and accountability at a significantly reduced rate. Group Training Programs “CPT Jack’s Boot Camp” Commit to a three or six week (8 or 18 sessions) military-inspired group exercise program of calisthenics, flexibility, and cardiovascular exercise. “Body Empowerment Plan” Includes Comprehensive Nutritional Guidance coupled with all aspects of the “Fitness Roadmap” intended for self-training. Recommended for relatively motivated individuals that need that extra push just to get started or break a training plateau. Introductory personal training sessions are included.
